How to calculate my first ovulation after pregnancy?
I gave birth 6 ½ weeks ago. I was bleeding for about two weeks very heavily after giving birth ( I was told in the hospital this was not considered my period) . by the third week it became litter and my the 4th week it stopped. On the 5th week I would get this white discharge. Now it seems as if I actually got my period but am not sure because I have no cramps and its a dark brown discharge and it not even heavy pretty light some days almost nothing. Now am trying to calculate when or if am already ovulating but i dont know if i got my first period yet.

It could still be lochia (discharge post giving birth), especially if it’s dark colored. If you’re breast feeding, you may not have a proper period.
