Mommies, how did you get your waist shape back?
After pregnancy it just seems as though I look wider because the hourglass figure I had is nowhere near where it used to be. Is there a way to regain the shape of my waist? I am already dieting and exercising and so far have lost 2 inches! Is there more I can do for my waist? (not my belly, my waist)
I posted this in diet and fitness, and I wanted to post it here too and see what your experiences are!

exercise. and LOTS of it!
Cycling helps a treat now that my son is old enough to go into a baby attachment on my bike (I refuse to get gym membership- I have to drive fifteen minutes to get to the nearest on anyway)
My waist is the trimmest it has ever been, I go for a thirty minute run every day, a thirty minute cycle and an hour long walk.
I haven’t changed my diet at all.
