nausea, possible headaches, and you might have tingly breasts in the 4th week. Then again, many women have none of these.

   my very first symptom was tender/sore breasts..
   then nausea, cramping w/o bleeding, and fatigue

   For most women the first symptom is a missed period. Some have breast tenderness and fatigue a few days before their period is due but usually subtle enough that it could be mistaken for PMS.
