Have u tried drinking cold water … It helps me some or try some milk it may work for u …

    I like to eat an apple, sometimes that helps. Or try a shot of apple cider vinegar.

    Mix some baking soda (alittle) in with some water. Stir it up and it should still be clear and odorless. Drink half the cup (just what i was taught) and make sure you burp. Works for tummy aches too(:

    I had reflux SO bad with my second pregnancy that I would throw up acid almost every night for the last two months of pregnancy. So, none of the eat this or drink that remedies touched my issues.
    You can take Zantac and Pepcid. Your best bet is to do so in the morning, before eating. Also, avoid anything spicy or with any flavor at all. J?K, but it does feel that way.
    If all else fails, the doctor can prescribe medication. But, it is not covered by all insurance.
